Wikis are a great way for people to contribute and organize projects and ideas. One sample wiki I saw gave me an idea about eating healthy foods. Students can wiki everytime they eat healthy foods that were discussed in class. Others can add and see that they are not the only ones eating healthy. It could inspire who usually don't eat healthy to do so and list other options so that your not eating the same things.
Wikis are a great way for theams to organize projects and spend less time in meetings.
